The special machine for circumferential seam welding is mainly used for butting or lapping of thin-walled cylinder circumferential seam. The head-tail structure is mainly composed of head frame, bed, tail frame, workpiece bracket, welding torch mounting frame, sliding trolley, etc. Head rack is the power source of equipment, with different fixtures. The workpiece is tightened manually or pneumatically by the tailstock to rotate and weld. The welding torch mounting frame is installed on the main beam above the bed body and can move left and right. The sliding car is equipped with a fine-tuning trailer to adjust the position of the welding torch. It is equipped with TIG, MIG/MAG or PLASMA welding power supply and control system to form a girth welding system.
